beer #4. pseudo pilsner.

Casey & Nick are taking the next step in beer making with a full mash.  Basically, this means they no longer use the malt extract and they use all grain to get the fermentable sugars & flavor.  This made the hobby a lot more serious & expensive...but they swear it will pay itself off.  Based on the initial measurements they got a great efficiency.  Will keep you all posted on the beer!

the boys converted a cooler into mash ton, they had to build in a filter & drain.  they are so handy.
